Declaration on Photography

Arcus does not advertise or solicit. Arcus does not seek recognition. Arcus does not not exploit the successes of its persons served in order to achieve status within the community. Arcus, at no time, takes photographs of its persons served for any reason other than at their explicit request, to celebrate their successes with their peers and/or to share updates with their families. The Arcus website does not contain any photographs of persons served. All photographs are purchased stock photography or submitted directly by the employee or professional, with their consent. Arcus unequivocally holds that the sharing of images of persons with disabilities, without their express consent, is unethical.
