We hire regularly at Arcus.

Upon selection, new community living caregivers complete 656 hours (equivalent to 4 months of full-time employment) of training under supervision of nurse consultant/service coordinators and team leaders.

Before a new employee can assume the duties and responsibilities of an Arcus certified community living caregiver, he/she must demonstrate competency in caregiving practice and theory. Team leaders and community living caregivers are certified annually.

Arcus offers and facilitates the following training and development modules for its Team and/or Community Living Caregivers:

-Conditions and Syndromes;
-Elimination;
-Human Resources;
-Integumentary (skin);
-Leadership;
-Muscoloskeletal;
-Nervous System;
-Past, Present, Future;
-Personal and Professional Effectiveness;
-Reproductive;
-Respiratory;
-Safety; and,
-Services.

Arcus has 108 modules developed, or targeted to be developed.
